This is the Scope of Work included in the Basic Web Design Package.

# Of Pages included in the scope of work. *

Custom Design Included *

Each page will have custom design work, with the option of a different custom background and header. There will be a maximum of 50 changes to the design of each page.

Custom Logo Included *

The logo will have a max of 10 original concepts submitted to client, and up to 50 edits made to the selected concept.

Website Contract Pages *

This Package includes 2 different website contracts with a maximum of 30 fields per contract including the date and signature fields. The pages that are created to display each contract on the website is counted as one of the 15 pages. The software used to create and process the website's contracts is included in this package and will not come at an additional fee.

Custom Website Footer *

This website package will include a single custom designed footer for the website. The footer is the bottom portion of the website that includes general business information like the location, business hours, and a contact form.

1 Year of Hosting and an SSL Site Security Certificate *

This website package will includes 1 year of hosting your website on our server. Every website is made up of files that have to sit on a computer and be served up to a browser when a URL is typed in. We can build your site right on our server and maintain current safety protocols, up to date processing systems and we include an SSL certificate that is required to process online credit card transactions because it protects not only your site but any information your client enters while using your site.

Website Domain *

This Package includes 1 domain that will be accessed from Google Domains. The client will be given full ownership rights to the domain. Devils Ridge Marketing will be added as a full administrator of the domain. This allows us to control custom domain settings.

Renewal Fee Disclosure *

1 year from the day your site work began, on the 1st day of that month, you or your business will be charged a fee of $245. This is the cost for the yearly hosting of your website, 1 domain yearly, and an SSL certificate yearly.

Deposit *

We require a $500 deposit to book you on the work calendar. Final payment is due the day of completion. You will be emailed an invoice that has credit card payment options.

Scope Of Work Terms *

the scope of work agreement, and any requests for additional work that goes beyond the scope of work will be seperately agreed upon for an additional fee in writing?

Final Payment *

If final payment is not made within 30 of notice of completion, Devils Ridge Marketing LLC has the right to put website on hold and cancel any work. Devils Ridge Marketing Owns all rights to content until final payment is made.

Client Ownership *

Client has the right to move the domain or website at any point in time, as long as they are current on their account invoicing.
