This is the Scope of Work included in the Basic Web Design Package.

# Of Pages included in the scope of work. *

30 Pages

Custom Design Included *

Each page will have custom design work, with the option of a different custom background and header. There will be a maximum of 50 changes to the design of each page.

Custom Logo Included *

The logo will have a max of 10 original concepts submitted to client, and up to 50 edits made to the selected concept.

Website Contract Pages *

This Package includes 3 different website contracts with a maximum of 30 fields per contract including the date and signature fields. The pages that are created to display each contract on the website is counted as one of the 30 pages. The software used to create and process the website's contracts is included in this package and will not come at an additional fee.

Custom Website Footer *

This website package will include a single custom designed footer for the website. The footer is the bottom portion of the website that includes general business information like the location, business hours, and a contact form.

1 Year of Hosting and an SSL Site Security Certificate *

This website package will includes 1 year of hosting your website on our server. Every website is made up of files that have to sit on a computer and be served up to a browser when a URL is typed in. We can build your site right on our server and maintain current safety protocols, up to date processing systems and we include an SSL certificate that is required to process online credit card transactions because it protects not only your site but any information your client enters while using your site.

SEO Package *

Devils Ridge Marketing will employ an SEO strategy that is heavily integrated with Google. We do not disclose the entire process we implement to protect our process. What we can tell you is that this package Includes on page and off page SEO work, and a targeted strategy to get your website ranking in search results. Your site will be connected to the Google search console, urls submitted for crawl, proper h1 and h2 tagging, and keyword research done. We have a proven strategy where we focus on utilizing under utilized keywords. We also will start collecting visitor data, that tells you about your traffic.

Website Domain

This Package includes 1 domain that will be accessed from Google Domains. The client will be given full ownership rights to the domain. Devils Ridge Marketing will be added as a full administrator of the domain. This allows us to control custom domain settings.

Custom Email Forwarding

$10 per year. Up to 5 custom emails. For example. We can set up an email hello@devilsridgemarketing.com to forward to DevilsRidgeMarketing@gmail.com. This allows you to give out a professional email that simply forwards to a regular gmail (or icloud,yahoo,etc) account. This option is only available when your domain is being hosted by Devils Ridge Marketing.

Additional Domain

$15 per year. We can add an additional domain to forward to your website.

Social Media Consultation and Posting

$200 one time fee. Devils Ridge Marketing will look over your social media presence. Including the platforms Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, and any other social platforms the company promotes on, up to a max of 10 different social media platforms. We will give you a report of where we see a need for improvement, and what we recommend the overall goal should be for your social media platforms. That could be to get more likes, send more people to the site, or sell in your social media shops. We will then submit 4 posts to your company to be posted on any platform. Those posts will be geared toward the goal we reccomend.

Shopping Cart

$1500 Base price - Shopping carts range from simple to complex. Even a simple shopping cart requires users to be able access their orders, products to be added, shipping parameters, taxes, shopping pages, etc. For this reason, we have a base price set for a shopping cart with up to 5 products. For shopping carts with more than 5 products, we will submit a change order to be agreed upon where an agreed upon price will be set for your shopping cart needs.

Amazon Associate

$300 Base price - DRM will help you sign up for an amazon affiliate account, so that you can display products on your website and any client that clicks the link and purchases a product will give you a small commission. This will include up to 15 products being put on a page for the site. Any login information provided by the client in order for DRM to help sign up the client will remain confidential. The page created to display the amazon associates account will count as one of the designed pages in the package.

Mass E-Mail Service

$100 Base set-up price - DRM will help you select a mail service to allow your clients to subscribe to your email updates/mailer. Your clients will be able to receive emails and unsubscribe at the bottom whenever they want. This helps you build your client base, and helps you keep in touch with potential clients. We will install the software and set it up to be used for the $100 fee. Your company will have the option of using a free version of the software,or paying a monthly fee so that their software logo is not displayed at the bottom of each mass email campaign, or show your business address at the bottom of the mass email campaign. For example, you may have subrscribed to a companys regular email offers, and you are able to unsubscribe at any time. We will be able to display a sign up form on your site and send out 1 email that goes to all yoru subscribers using a Mass E-Mail Service.

Do you understand that 1 year from the day your site work began, on the 1st day of that month, you or your business will be charged a fee of $245. This is the cost for the yearly hosting of your website, 1 domain yearly, and an SSL certificate yearly. *
